We are working on multiple interior design projects, including new constructions, renovations, and design/decoration.

We are looking for freelance drafters, interior designers, and interior architects with at least 10 years of experience and fully competent in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and Word. Additional skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Revit are a plus.

Qualifications:
A self-starter with an elevated aesthetic capable of designing and captivating residential interiors is equally practical for daily living. Strong AutoCAD skills are a must, as is a thorough knowledge of resource vendors.

We require a minimum of 8 years of experience in AutoCAD. Proficiency in using Excel is required.
Proficient in producing FF&E Construction Documents.
You must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Look for a thorough knowledge of all materials and existing vendor relationships.

Being Bilingual (Japanese and English) is a plus.
