A Curated Approach
A Curated Approach
For a New York–based couple seeking a refined coastal escape, the Residences by Armani Casa in Sunny Isles Beach offered the perfect setting. This high-rise sanctuary, nestled between the Southern Atlantic Ocean and Dumfoundling Bay, provides sweeping views of the water from the living area and primary suite, while three additional bedrooms frame the shimmering bay and vibrant cityscape.
Spanning 3,200 square feet with five-and-a-half bathrooms and a flexible den space, the residence was envisioned as both a serene getaway and a personal gallery. The clients, avid collectors of modern art, entrusted us with translating their vision into a space that would feel both elevated and effortless. Their openness to our ideas allowed for a collaborative process that brought meaningful nuance to every detail.
Throughout the home, we preserved maximum ceiling heights to maintain a sense of expansiveness and incorporated a tailored lighting system to accentuate the artwork. Smart home controls enhance the functionality of the space, setting the mood for evenings of fine dining and conversation, while an integrated security system ensures peace of mind whether the homeowners are in residence or away.
This elegant, light-filled apartment became more than just a vacation home. It became a personal retreat where art, architecture, and lifestyle harmoniously converge. The project was later featured in Florida Design magazine, a reflection of the home’s thoughtful design and the clients’ singular point of view.
