We work on multiple interior design projects, including new constructions, renovations, and design/decoration.

We are looking for freelance drafters, interior designers, and interior architects with at least ten years of experience who are fully competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and Word. Additional skills in PhotoShop, Illustrator, and Revit are a plus.

Qualifications:
A self-starter with an elevated aesthetic capable of designing and captivating residential interiors is equally practical for daily living. Strong AutoCAD skills and a thorough knowledge of resource vendors are a must.

We require a minimum of 6 years of experience in AutoCAD and SketchUP. Proficiency in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop is required.
Proficient in producing FF&E Construction Documents.
Look for a thorough knowledge of all materials and existing vendor relationships.

Being Bilingual (Japanese and English) is a plus.
